Charise (think that’s the way it is spelled) is available for adoption at the Animal Services Center of the Mesilla Valley.  She’s about one year old, very huggable and she talks!

By the summer of 1976 the biggest guessing game in the record business was trying to figure out when today’s featured artist would release his next album. When it finally happened, it produced today’s 101 number one song of the day.  It had been two years since his previous album and promise dates had come and gone. He even took to wearing t-shirts that read “we’re almost finished.” When he finally was, critics said the double album was his finest, most mature work. And by January 21st, 1977 its first single was number one in America. The album itself debuted at number one because the anticipation was so high. The album was entitled, “Songs in the Key of Life.” It’s Stevie Wonder and the 101 number one song of the day: “I Wish.”

Cathy Cruz Marrero, a 49-year-old Berkshire Mall employee, appeared on “Good Morning America” Thursday with her attorney James Polyak and said that someone should have helped instead of making her a national laughing stock.  She didn’t appear to need any help and was out of the fountain before anybody was even nearby.  She said she was thinking of suing.  Who’s she going to sue?  It’s not like they just slipped the fountain in front of her.  More info is coming out about her now that she’s "enjoying” her 15 minutes of fame – she’s got charges pending for hit and run and misusing other people’s credit cards. BTW, the security personnel who released the video have been fire.
