Also Electronic Greetings Day, a good day to save a letter carrier, save a tree, save a stamp.  Although with the U. S. Postal Service losing so much money each year perhaps the best way to save a letter carrier is to drop a letter or two in the mailbox.

History 101: 9 years ago today. George Harrison lost his battle with cancer and died at age fifty-eight in Los Angeles.

But the most successful version was done by the group that the writer himself belonged to and it was that version that rose to number one on November 29^th, 1969 – The other side was “Come Together” written by John Lennon but this was written by George Harrison “Something”
